Lessons In Mastery, Continued

Until we are Self-Realized, most of us either come into this lifetime with deep core issues that need to be resolved, or we develop deep core issues that need healing.

If we truly have chosen to follow the path of Union with the Divine, then life will give us as many challenging situations as required in order to help us resolve and heal our core issues.

Challenge seems to be a necessary component, because otherwise we would not choose to grow. Challenge is accompanied, in varying degrees, by the love and grace we need to make choices for the higher good, but we may not be open to the full gift of that love or grace in the form that it presents itself to us.

So, we often get stuck in the negativity surrounding our core issues. The only way out is up; that is, we need to raise our consciousness, and the only way to raise our consciousness is by acceptance of the challenging situation and proceeding to move through the challenge. So, yes, the only way out is through, on the physical plane, but the movement through is benefited greatly by our ability to rise to a higher way of seeing things.

I recently have had the benefit of going through a situation of challenge, and what I re-discovered a way of looking at “difficult” situations that has helped me enormously.

When we find ourselves in a life circumstance which feels or appears difficult, painful, even extremely intolerable to us, we need to recognize that the aspect of the situation that feels or looks like a problem is just part of Maya, illusion, and that it is therefore necessary for growth, but temporary. The growth opportunity may be for us or for someone else.

When we realize that the painful aspects of any situation are part of Maya, then we can remember the dual nature of Maya, and understand that a higher good is about to appear out of this ‘negativity.’ When we remember that something positive will arise, we can decide to trust God/the Universe, and allow love to hold our hearts and minds steady to allow a more positive outcome.

When we return to alignment with Divine Love, we can help energize the flow of Divine Will which will resolve the situation in the most loving way possible.

I have been given the desirable life of having numerous extremely painful situations, relationships, events, so that I can learn this lesson, and just received a repeat lesson this week.

Buddha recently reminded me of the importance of being even-minded, and while I cannot say that I even came close in my most recent challenge, eventually I got close, with my higher self laughing at me all the way.

Buddha has also been the Ascended Master who has helped me learn to laugh at myself. I would also like to thank Paramahansa Yogananda, who helped me through this most recent challenge as well.

Saint Germain teaches that as long as we look to the outer world of form for satisfaction, we will feel dissatisfied, but when we turn to the Inner Realm, we will find what we seek.

And so, I know that the issue for me was working on solving my inner core issue (the most difficult one of this lifetime for me) by changing my own beliefs. That was the only way for me to make peace with the outer: find happier, more trusting beliefs.

Fortunately, I was given the loving grace and support to do so.

When we let go of attachment to this outer world of form, and choose to be empowered by the Higher Self within, we will find the love we need, but usually we find it by being willing to give it away.

In the process of working out this issue, I discovered a beautiful concept: what is the one thing which can travel backwards through time in order to return and transform the present? Forgiveness. Forgiveness can travel back in time to the “offense” and then come forward to bless the “offender” as well as the “offended.”

May your life be filled with grace and love and forgiveness. The more you commit to giving them away freely, the more you will receive. The rest is Maya, illusion, and through the pain of Maya, blessing will come.

Divine Peace, Bliss, and Love be with you – always,
Carol

About selfrealizationtherapy

I am an energy healer, intuitive life coach, and the guru-doula of a new interfaith spiritual community called the Self-Realization Community. While I am ordained in the Christian tradition, I have also studied Eastern spiritual disciplines and practices, including Raja Yoga Meditation; Intuitive Coaching; Reiki; Falun Gong; and energy healing for both people and animals. I am available for distance healing and spiritual coaching via phone, Skype, or Facetime; please message me here to connect. On Thursday, May 27, 2010, I experienced what I call an Enlightenment Vision, in which I ascended and was blessed by Ascended Masters of many faiths: Master Lao Tzu, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Jesus Christ, Lord Buddha, Paramahansa Yogananda, High Priest Melchizedek, Lady Kwan Yin, Master Usui, and then by the Seven Archangels of the Seven Rays. After this vision, the teachings in Higher Consciousness began. Apparently, my crown chakra was opened, and direct contact with the Ascended Masters has been possible ever since. My message to everyone is: this is possible for you to achieve as well, although getting there is not necessarily quick or easy. With a Master of Divinity degree from Vanderbilt University Divinity School, a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Texas Health Center at Houston, and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Texas Christian University, my personal vision is to be a healer and guru-doula, empowering people to experience and to give birth to the divine within themselves, individually and in community. Perceiving a unity in my readings in Eastern religions and in Biblical studies, I believe the original message of Jesus Christ was and is a call to Self-Realization, which may also be called following The Way. The Way, or the Tao consists of the practice of peace and love in every moment, honoring the Divine Presence within ourselves as well as within others. The Way of early Christianity was a spiritual practice which similarly focused not on the material world, but on the practice of Divine Presence within the earthly realm. When we practice The Way, or The Tao, we become one with Divine Peace, Love, and even bliss. When we attain this, we experience the "Kingdom of God" or Reign of God, within ourselves, Nirvana or possibly Samadhi. Achieving this Way within each of ourselves is the only way we will be able to usher in the Reign of Divine presence among us all here on earth. The ultimate goal of The Way, and of Self-Realization, is the attainment of unity with the Divine Consciousness, or Buddha-Consciousness orChrist-Consciousness, within, and beyond our normal mortal mind. This Unity-Consciousness is eternal, but begins in the here and now. May it be so.
